I think this decision tree speaks for itself, so here you go:

Both the Chase Sapphire Preferred and the Chase Sapphire Reserve have some benefits that are really similar, slightly different, or greatly different, and lounge access versus no lounge access is the one “greatly different” benefit I think this all really boils down to.
My advice is that if you use one of those listed airports a few times a year or more, you should get the Sapphire Reserve, hands-down. The Chase Sapphire lounges at those airports are much, much nicer than most Priority Pass lounge options in the US and the quality-of-life improvement you’ll have from your Sapphire lounge experience before you even take your first flight is absolutely worth the higher fee.
But if you don’t use any of those airports very much, you’re better off just getting a Sapphire Preferred, paying the $95 annual fee instead of the $550 annual fee, and getting a different premium card for lounge access (either the Capital One Venture X or the business or personal AmEx Platinum).
The rest of the details don’t matter much.
